Yes. We Cover That.

The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of PBG Services.

• The Watch movement (the brain inside the watch)

• The Dial (the face under the crystal)

• The Hands, they should always be turning

Not That.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

• Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Columbia Timing retailer

• Water damage unless marked water-resistant

• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

• Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

Should your watch require warranty or non-warranty service, and you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact the service center nearest you for assistance.
