Step 1.

Determine if your timing device is under warranty. Please read our What is Covered? policy.


Step 2.

Review our Repair menu and pricing. Submit a Repair Request Form – include any additional information needed for a technician.


Step 3.

Please include these items to insure repair:

  • A check for $13 for return shipping. Please make check payable to Selco Timing and include your Repair Request Number on it.

  • Copy of your original receipt for any warranty work.

  • Ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS to:

Step 4.

You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your watch.

If your watch repairs are not covered under warranty, you will receive an additional email from us within 7 business days after receipt with an evaluation of your watch and a quote. At that time, you can choose to pay for repair(s) or reject and have watch returned to. Payment can be made online via credit card or check.


Step 5.

We will send email and USPS tracking notification upon shipping your watch back to you.
